We really all just want to be happy, and the truth is, if you were happy, you would find love, lose weight, have more money, etc. Nothing in your life can make you happy except you. Have you ever wanted something so bad and thought everything would be different if you just had ____, but then once you got _____, after a little bit of time, you found yourself unhappy again? This is because we need to change our way of thinking.
